These Flameless Heat Generating Units are
the answer for water restoration, mold abatement and other demanding
applications. Powerful, highly efficient and extremely safe
producers of large volumes of heated air, totally safe in volatile
environments. Completely self contained. No generator or electricity
needed. No need for expensive huge desiccant rigs as this unit
is like a massive clothes dryer you trailer to a job site and
let it get the drying job done.
A diesel engine is housed in a low-pressure,
insulated and lockable cabinet. The engine has patented heat
plates (similar to a torque converter) that heat hydraulic fluid
which is dissipated via an additional radiator also in the cabinet.
This heat combines with the other heat captured from the engine's
heads, exhaust, and cooling system. When the insulated cabinet
internal temperature reaches your chosen 170- 190 degrees F,
electronics control the airflow. Heat output is controlled by
simple RPM settings on the diesel engine throttle. Axial and
centrifugal fans deliver massive amounts of hot air through
dual output ducts. High static pressures allow ducting to 100
feet of clean, pollution-free heated air. The high volume of
heated air passing though moist environments speeds drying time
dramatically.
These heaters are designed for stand-alone,
24-hour trouble-free operation. The units are designed to run
unattended for overnight, all day or more depending on the tank
ordered and the output setting. Heat output is controlled by
simple RPM settings on the diesel engine throttle. Fuel economy
can be achieved by simply throttling down the RPMs. Due to the
few moving parts, the potential for failure is minimal. The
entire system has auto shutdown features ensuring safe operation
and equipment protection. The unit's flameless and spark-less
nature exceeds OSHA setback regulations on oil fields
and other volatile environment applications. These patented
units provide the only flameless, safe heating trailer heat
source today for volatile applications.
Trailer units are mounted on 5,300 lb. torsion-bar
axle/s with 15" wheels and tires. Skid models are also available.
Given the flameless and spark-less nature of the technology,
in addition to water restoration and mold abatement, these units
are ideal for construction sites, fuel farms, mines, airports
and anywhere drying, water cleanup, water damage removal, water
restoration, mold abatement and wherever fire may be a concern.

Oil Reservoir & Hydraulic Filter
Maintenance
Equipped with two sight glasses and one hydraulic filter.
Contains 10 quarts of Hydraulic Fluid, which needs to
be changed every 1500 hours. This along with the recommendations
of the engine manufacturer, is the only maintenance
required for this unit.

Thermostat Control
Thermostat is mounted directly on the control panel.
By adjusting the thermostat to a desired temperature
you vary the temperature of the air passing through
the air discharge outlets. This in turn will adjust
the automatic shutters to control the desired amount
of air entering through the front of the unit.

Engine Safety Features
- Explosion-proof alternator
- No brushes to create sparks
- Automatic Air Shut Off closes the air intake and shuts
down the engine in the event of increased RPM’s due
to the engine taking in flammable gas fumes.

Exhaust Heat Exchange
Taking the exhaust from engine through the exhaust
heat exchange in the rear, up to the secondary exhaust
heat exchange in the front (coldest air), the unit recovers
all but a small amount of heat. The radiant heat from
the radiator and engine coupled with exhaust heat as
the cold air is taken in, propelled by fan in the front
of the engine.
Heat Plate
- 16" disk enclosed in heavy steel case
- Oil enters from the center onto the bearings and is
moved to the outer edge.
- Disk agitates the oil aggressively to generate heat
and load the engine.
- Released to oil galley, forced to the oil radiator.
Heat is extracted from the oil and recycled.

Dry Heated Air Discharge
The dry heated air is then discharged through the
rear of the unit through 16" outlets. Tube ducting may
be purchased for directed and extended discharge. Optional
tube storage compartment on some models.
