Leak Free... Faster to install. No more bolt holes in your tank. The Titan Boltless Tank Fitting from Tank Fitting Technologies eliminates nearly all leaks at tank fittings. For agriculture chemical tanks, spray tanks, storage tanks, fuel tanks, water tanks and more. This patented design provides leak-free connections with no bolt holes, resulting in a more precise, longer-lasting seal. You bore only one hole. A complete seal is achieved by tightening external bolts only, providing an evenly compressed gasket. No more leaks due to gasket distortion inherent with bolt holes through the tank wall.

Titan bolt-less fittings do not harm the tank's wall integrity, resulting in longer tank life. Bolt holes weaken the tank wall which leads to tank wall cracking, another frequent cause leaks. With the absence of holes, the Titan's Boltlesss Tank Fitting's gasket has increased surface area for a superior seal.

Installation is simple. Proper torque is essential however. A specialized Tee Handle Torque Wrench is necessary for effective installation. Make sure you order a Torque wrench the first time you get a Titan Boltless Tank Fitting. Two models of Torque Wrenches are available, one for stainless fittings and one for PVC and Polypropylene fittings.

The Titan Boltless Tank Fittings are for all traditional tanks and also for the new, thin walled tanks which are harder to seal and often problematic with traditional tank fittings. Your installations will be faster, easier and more precise than any other tank fitting. Available in stainless steel, PVC and Polypropylene with your choice of EPDM or Viton gaskets suited to your application.
