There are three pairs of tines that are made from 1/4 tubing, 50,000 PSI steel. The tines are 3 feet long and 3 inches wide. Tines are attached to the backplate via tubes which extend through the slant wall of the bucket to the backplate. The tine tubes are welded completely at each contact surface. The tines are freely inserted into the tubes and easily removable. Because the tines have limited play within the tubes, shock and vibration generated from the work is dissipated within the tines, thus protecting the welds and strength of the bucket.
Multiple tines make sorting and lifting simple and much more efficient than a standard bucket. Locking bolts hold the tines in position within the tine tubes, and make tine removal easy. Locking bolts hold the tines in position within the tine tubes and make tine removal easy.
The Junior JackBucket mount comes with a blank mounting and can be adapted for any receiver application. It fits all sizes and all models of loaders with approximately 1,000 lb. lift capacity, including Melroe, John Deere, Toro, Kanga, ASV and others.
