Belltec RSA Heavy Duty Rock and Dirt Augers

Heavy Duty Dirt (HRSA )Augers are really a dirt auger on steroids, but not applicable for solid rock applications. In soils that have fractured rocks in them these heavier than normal augers will work well and last. Carbide spade-type replaceable teeth and heavier flighting than the dirt augers make the durability. These work day-in, day-out for many but will not hold up in the most demanding applicatoions. More money than the dirt augers but less than the bullet tooth units. Standard with 2" hex couplers, others available.

RAD Rock Augers

2" Round Bullet Tooth Rock Augers

Belltec Bullet Tooth Augers dig anything from dirt, clay, concrete, shale, limestone, coleci, and solid rock. Heavy duty cast iron head with replaceable carbide teeth set in tooth pockets, double flighting with hardfacing are featured. Best used with Belltec Diggers on skid steers, backhoes, mini-excavators and excavators. Slow, high-torque, heavy down pressure is the key to digging rock. Hard rock drilling REQUIRES maximum down pressure and maximum torque. Buy the heaviest-duty auger you can afford. Replacement teeth are inexpensive but not commonly needed. Belltec Augers are standard in four foot lengths standard to 36", Custom sizes and continual flighting extra length models available. Standard with 2" hex couplers.
