Model Specific Hydraulic Power Clamp

The top of the line, custom made, hydraulic thumb, individualized for the machine, bucket and desired configuration. Heavy gussets, serrated teeth, webbing, hardened pins and bushings, everything heavy duty. For excavators above 20K lbs, clamps match to buckets, teeth mesh and optional tooth width. The PowerClamp is model-specific to the loader, backhoe or excavator.

The rugged Power Clamp substantially increases an excavator's versatility. Like the thumb on your hand, the PowerClamp allows the excavator to grasp objects, making it an indispensable tool for placing rip-rap, loading brush, logs or debris. Ideal for removing pavement, or for demolition work as well as separating recyclables.
The variety of conditions encountered when pioneering new roads clearly demonstrates the increased productivity using a PowerClamp.

FEATURES:
- Heavy gussets and reinforcements where needed.
- Hydraulic cylinders with extra heavy duty rods.
- Heavy duty clamp stop also protects cylinder.
- Excavators weighing greater than 20k lbs:
- Clamp retracts close to the dipper when not needed.
- Serrated teeth with webbing provide positive gripping action.
- Large diameter hardened pins and bushings throughout.
- Clamps are matched to individual buckets and all teeth mesh.
- Tooth bar design offers wider and narrower tooth arrangement.
- Most non-linkage PowerClamps can be upgraded to full-linkage.
There are two styles of clamps:

Linkage style: The progressive linkage between the cylinder and clamp gives the PowerClamp more complete rotation. Usually 180 degrees or more.

Non-linkage style: The hydraulic cylinder and clamp is pinned directly to the clamp. The clamp rotation is approximately 120 degrees.
